Carlota Olivares Gallach

Carlota advises on commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions with their corporate changes and amendments of the articles of association. Likewise, she advises on different kinds of real estate transactions.
She previously worked at DWF-RCD, in the corporate law and innovation department, and later on, she collaborated in the law firm Provença Advocats.
Education: Law Degree in Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and Master of Access to the Legal Profession in UPF Barcelona School of Management. She is currently preparing to take the exam for accessing to the legal profession, in the branch of civil and commercial law. She has also attended to several conferences organized by the Young Advocacy Group, as well as numerous trainings and courses, taught by the Barcelona Bar Association, on commercial law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law and trademarks, patents and designs, advertising and unfair competition, etc.
Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English. She is currently studying her fifth grade in German.
